Olá a todos! Estou com este problema…mas o meu agravou-se porque o ficheiro que começou a gerar esta mensagem estava no desktop ou seja a mensagem estava constantemente a aparacer e não me deixava fazer nada..so depois de muita insistencia consegui arrastar o ficheiro para a reciclagem, visto que o reinicio do explorador do windows mal me dava tempo para isso. Depois de finalmente ter conseguido seguir os passos indicados..o problema continua.. obrigado desde já”

Mas assim é dificil descobrir qual o ficheiro que está a causar… Se conseguires descobrir por favor aqui para ficarmos com essa info!

- Em primeiro lugar, qual o Service Pack que tens instalado? Tenta correr o Windows update e fazer todas as instalações que lá tens, muitas vezes resolve também o problema;

- Se após o erro ficas sem som, poderá estar relacionado com a placa de som. Tenta descobrir qual é e actualizar para os últimos drivers da marca;

- Instala o ccleaner (http://www.pcdicasuteis.com/ccleaner-limpeza-de-ficheiros-temporarios )e faz a limpeza dos ficheiros temporários e do registo, reinicia e vê se funciona.

Já fiz tudo o que dizem aqui para fazer e continuo com o mesmo problema: “O processo anfitrião dos serviços do windows deixou de funcionar e foi fechado” – quando isto acontece, fico sem som no pc. tenho que o “reactivar”..

la tinha uma direcao pra um sitio qualquer qe eu apaguei e agora ja da,

É normal os ficheiros reaparecerem quando reinicias. É o próprio windows que os cria porque precisa deles para as actualizações.

O que se pretende ao apagá-los é que o windows os crie novamente mas desta vez sem erros, porque às vezes ficam corrompidos.
